With a fresh, nutty taste they provide an amazing array of nutritional benefits including amino acids along with omegas 3, 6 and 9, vitamins and minerals.
OMEGAS: Hemp Hearts have the perfect ratio of 3, 6 and 9. The purpose of omegas in the body is to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, keep skin glowing, improve mood, enhance brain function, maintain cardiovascular health, and support healthy growth and development.
PROTEINS: Hemp Hearts are considered a complete source of protein as they contain all 20 amino acids. The purpose of amino acids in the body is to break down food, develop muscle and repair damage.
MINERAL AND VITAMINS: Hemp Hearts also contain plenty of nutrients, like vitamin E and a bevy of minerals, such as phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, calcium and iron. How to hemp hearts:
You can blend them into smoothies and shakes or make delicious, nutritious and easy hemp milk. You can add them to your rice, dal, sabzi, salads, fruit-bowls, pasta, shakes or juices, or as a gluten free topper on cauliflower cheese, pasta bakes, casseroles and stews.
How much to use:
Consume as much as you like, but our minimum recommendation is 3 to 4 tablespoons daily.
