These capsules are fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.
I wasn’t sure about these capsules at first, but they have really helped me manage my stress. They don’t make me drowsy, which is a big plus, and I feel much more relaxed and focused throughout the day. One thing I’d suggest is having a 500mg strength option. Right now, I’m using the 300mg strength, which works well, but I feel like I need a bit more to manage my stress better. However, the 1000mg strength seems like too much for me. A 500mg option would be a great middle ground. Overall, I’m really happy with the product
The capsules are easy to take, and I like that there’s no aftertaste. Some supplements I have tried before have a strange taste, but these don’t leave anything behind. I can just take them with water and move on with my day. I’m really happy with the results and plan to continue using them.

Overall, it’s a good product, but it might work better for some people than others. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate how they fit into my daily routine. However, I was hoping for a bit more noticeable relief from stress. Sometimes they help, and other times I don’t feel much of a difference. That said, I still think they’re worth trying if you’re looking for something to help with mild stress. I’ll keep using them for now, but I’m not fully convinced they’re the perfect solution.
