Mild effect :/
The oil is smooth and easy to take but I was expecting stronger effects for my joint pain. It’s still good for mild relief, especially when combined with stretching or heat therapy. While it doesn’t completely take away the discomfort, it does help take the edge off, making it easier to go about my day. I also appreciate that it doesn’t leave any greasy residue or have a strong aftertaste. It’s a good option for lighter aches and everyday use, but I might look for something stronger for more intense pain.
