Oil and muscle rub
I appreciate that this oil doesn’t leave me feeling groggy in the morning, which was a concern I had before trying it. I wake up feeling rested! I have also started using their muscle rub, and it’s been a great complement to my routine. I like to use it after workouts or whenever I’m feeling a bit sore! The rub has a soothing effect that kicks in pretty quickly, and I’ve found it really helps with any stiffness or aches!

Subtle improvements
The effects are subtle, they are definitely noticeable. That said, I do think I might need a higher dose for stronger effects. The changes I’ve noticed so far have been positive, but they’re on the milder side. Next, I’m considering trying their 10% strength raw oil to see if it gives me a bit more of a boost. I’ve read that a higher concentration can make a big difference
