Great for daily anxiety

Decent but not the best
It does a decent job of managing my mild stress and helps me unwind after a busy day. I especially notice its calming effects in the evenings when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. It helps me relax and eases me into a better night’s sleep, which has been a nice change. However, I was really hoping it would also help with pain, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed much improvement in that area. My pain is quite persistent, so maybe I need a stronger dose or a different product altogether to see a real difference.

Perfect for winding down
I take a few spritzes in the evening. It really helps me wind down after a long day. I usually have trouble shutting off my mind at night, but with this, I feel a noticeable sense of calm within about 20 minutes. It’s become a key part of my nighttime routine. The taste on the other hand… ummm it has a strong, earthy flavour that takes some getting used to. At first, I found it a bit off-putting, but now I either mix it with a little juice or just take it quickly and follow it up with a glass of water. The effects are definitely worth it, so I don’t mind the taste as much anymore.
