Calm all day

A huge help
These patches have been a huge help for my sleep. I don’t wake up as often during the night, which used to be a big problem for me. Easy and calming
I really like this product because it’s so easy to wear. It’s light, and once I put it on, I barely notice it’s there. Good but weak adhesion
Overall, I like the calmness the patches bring me. The only downside was that one patch peeled off in the shower even though I thought they were supposed to be waterproof. Other than that, I felt the calming effects, and I definitely slept better that night.
