Can I place an order? Will my parcel be delivered?
There is no disruption to our supply or distribution networks. As a result, we can still offer next day deliveries for orders placed before 2pm. Given the essential nature of our business and the products we produce we do not anticipate this to change.
Are delivery times affected?
Currently delivery time are unaffected. We will notify customers if this changes.
Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
Nevertheless, at BRITISH CANNABIS®, manufacturers of Canbidol® every utensil, container, vessel, pipette, and spray is sterilised within an onsite UV Sterilisation Unit (UVC). This UVC radiation prevents cell division and reproduction of micro-organisms such as bacteria, spores and mildew.
Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
With thousands of people around the country self-isolating and millions more obeying social distancing guidelines, our DPD drivers are reducing contact with customers. The company has said drivers will be “placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back”.
DPD added: “If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a safe distance.”
As the only large-scale producer in the UK, we are not reliant upon imported CBD like other companies. We grow in Europe, we extract and we produce here in the UK.
